If a link doesn’t work
These four things cause almost every error.
- The video is private. Only public videos can be saved.
- The link is cut off. Go back to TikTok and copy it again from Share.
- The video was deleted. Open the link in a browser to check that it still plays.
- The connection is slow. Try again on stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data.
