Terms of Service

Use FYPTT for videos you made or have permission to save

These are the rules for using fyptt.co.uk. Using the site means you accept them, so they’re kept short and written in plain English.

  • Last updated October 17, 2026
  • Applies worldwide
  • Laws of England and Wales

In short, save only what you’re allowed to save

Each point below is set out in full further down the page.

  • It’s free. No account, no fee and no daily cap.
  • It’s your call. Save only videos you made or have permission to use.
  • No re-uploads. Don’t post other people’s videos as your own, and don’t sell them.
  • No guarantees. The tool comes as is and can stop working when TikTok changes its site.
  • Not TikTok. FYPTT has no connection to TikTok, Douyin or ByteDance.
01

Using the site means you agree to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FYPTT, the operator of fyptt.co.uk. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 13, or older if TikTok sets a higher minimum age where you live. If you’re under 18, use the site only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

02

FYPTT is a free tool for saving public TikTok videos

You paste a link to a public TikTok video, and the tool gives you the video as an MP4 or the sound as an MP3. We don’t host, upload or index TikTok videos, and we can’t reach private or restricted ones.

We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we don’t promise that every link will work.

03

You are responsible for what you save and how you use it

Copyright in a TikTok video belongs to the person who made it, or to whoever owns the music and footage in it. Use FYPTT only to save:

  • videos you created yourself
  • videos whose owner has given you permission to save or reuse them
  • clips you’re allowed to use under the law where you live, for example fair use in the US or fair dealing in the UK

TikTok has its own Terms of Service, and they limit how content on TikTok can be downloaded and reused. Following them is your responsibility. FYPTT can’t give you permission on anyone else’s behalf.

04

These uses will get you blocked

  • Re-uploading someone else’s video as if it were yours.
  • Selling saved videos, or using them in ads, without the owner’s permission.
  • Using saved content to harass, embarrass or track a person.
  • Trying to reach private, deleted or region-locked videos.
  • Running bots or scripts against the tool, or sending enough requests to slow it down for others.
  • Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the tool itself.
  • Breaking any law that applies to you.
05

Videos belong to their creators, and the site belongs to us

FYPTT owns the site’s design, logo, text and code. You’re welcome to link to any page, but you can’t copy the site or its guides without asking first.

TikTok and its logo are trademarks of their owner. We use the name only to say which links the tool supports.

06

The tool is provided as is, with no promise it will always work

FYPTT depends on how TikTok runs its own site, which can change without warning. We work to keep the tool running, but we don’t guarantee it will be available, free of errors or able to save a particular video.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We’re not responsible for what those sites contain.

07

Our liability is limited to what the law allows

FYPTT is free, so to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it. That includes lost data, lost profit, and claims made against you because of how you used a saved file.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you’re a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

08

We can block anyone who breaks these terms

If you misuse the site, we can block your access without notice. That includes anyone named in repeated valid copyright complaints.

10

English law applies, and your local consumer rights still protect you

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

If you live anywhere else, including the United States and the EU, you keep every protection your local law gives consumers that can’t be waived by an agreement like this one.

11

We may update these terms, and the date shows when

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Ask us about these terms by email

We aim to reply within two working days.
